Item 8.01 Other Events.
On August 11, 2021, the Board of Directors of Rocky Brands, Inc. (the “Company”) authorized an increase of the Company’s quarterly dividend to $0.155 per share of outstanding common stock. The increased dividend will be payable on September 16, 2021 to all shareholders of record as of the close of business on September 2, 2021.
On August 11, 2021, the Company issued a press release announcing the increase in quarterly cash dividend, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit 99 and incorporated herein by reference.
