On July 27, 2006, Rocky Brands, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release entitled “Rocky
Brands, Inc. Reports Second Quarter Revenues and Earnings” regarding its consolidated financial
results for the second quarter and six month period ended June 30, 2006. A copy of the Company’s
press release is furnished as Exhibit 99 to this Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
